
African American History on Wheels
Founded in 1998, the museum boasts a unique collection of inventions, rare artifacts, African art, sculptures, paintings and historical articles from Black newspapers. It travels throughout the United States displaying its exhibits in many colleges and community events.
The African American Inventors and Inventions exhibit will provide you with an exciting exhibit of various items invented by African Americans. Each display includes a patent date, a biographical sketch of the inventor, and additional historical information and facts.
Founded by Clifton J. Brown a Mobile, AL native, the Museum is based in the Cleveland,OH area. At an early age Clifton developed a love for history, especially the accomplishment of famous successful Black Americans. This love continued throughout the year which has enabled Clifton to become proficient in remembering details and dates of many accomplishments of these successful people. He has developed this extra ordinary talent by constant reading and research.
